Quality Control System

Application of International Standards

Janytree has obtained ISO 22716 certification (International Cosmetics Manufacturing and Quality Management Standard, CGMP), and based on this certification, strictly manages quality and safety across all production processes.

Scope of ISO 22716 application: Every stage from raw material sourcing, receipt, storage, manufacturing, filling, packaging, and shipment.

Raw Material Management

Strict inspection procedures are performed when raw materials are received.

All items including active ingredients, contamination status, and storage conditions are inspected and recorded.

A quality assurance system is secured for key active ingredients, including the proprietary patented ingredient Bio-Peptone®.

Production Process Management

Integrated with smart factory-based MES (Manufacturing Execution System).

Automated equipment is used for quantitative filling, mixing, and sterilizing filtration.

In the weighing room and filling process, high-temperature sterilized vials, foreign-substance removal, and multi-camera vision systems are used to check foreign substances, defects, and fill quantity.

Packaging and Pre-Shipment Inspection

After labeling, the vision system is used to inspect label condition and information accuracy.

Visual inspection and vision system inspection are conducted together before finished product shipment.

Manufacturing number, expiration date management, and traceability are secured for each product.

Testing and Verification

Final products undergo quality testing and microbial testing according to ISO 22716 standards.

Safety is confirmed through checks such as appearance, pH, and general bacteria.

For high-performance ampoule products, stability of active ingredients and efficacy are verified.
